A Cancelled Carnival To a important passing.

From things that just have to happen on weekends, fate is turning sour. Friday was a Wet day and I kid not on the fact it was catching up, with more than one sent for a little back and with working on anas of a time, cut fingers and all, things were just stable.

After a run to a customer and my first bus home in weeks, I finally managed to get the bus home, I then made it back and popped into the co-op to finally get some bits like £1.39 for a chicken bacon pasta salad and a 5 pack of sausage rolls is actually a lush idea.

Then I walked in and heard some news, grandad was not feeling well, now we know he hasn't been feeling himself and getting very sleepy ans eating less but this was different, so we all had tea first before it was meant to be all 3 of us, but I got told to stay, which is fine. Then their parents left and I had to do some washing chores to catch up on, but while that happened, I decided to walk Rosie.

That was not too bad, there was a funny feeling in my stomach and my mind and out loud were speaking that this is it and a chapter in life would have to pass, but it's still the unknown. Either way, I was mainly swiping left on Tinder minus the foodie's section has some curvy cuties on there, hinge options were getting bigger so to speak ans Bumble just doing its usual. But I popped onto Facebook and the status came up

It was turning out the carnival was cancelled, and the weather was looking way too rough in the evening with the thunderstorms and that is a fair way, that insurance aka health and safety always had to come first which in itself just makes things complicated in that very least. The weather is Clearing up quite nicely in the field.

I walked back, getting home by about 8:45 and then typed the rest of the blog post up. But then it was another night done. I slept but fears of the worst were going to happen. My parents got back home at the time of 1am or so, but things were hopeful for the next day, I slept at 2am after a fap

The Saturday

I woke up at 8 after a fap as the per, then the change and run to the bus, the sun was coming out and the time of the hopefully better day was to be had. But I got to the bus at a risk of 2 minutes quicker than it and paid the £3 return. There were only about 4 people on the bus for that luckily, which is quite busy on a Saturday morning. Then I got into work about 8:30 and soon after near 9, I was knocked on by my landlord with a £22.05 bull for 4 months of more water contributions. I paid them time to focus and get work done.

But customers in and out and to be fair this ends up the usual, but a NAS from QNAP was the goal and a Pentium anniversary saved the day. Alas, the day ended with an emergency home visit, with running to the customers after it poured down in the rain, so I was in the mostly dry but the puddles and greasy roads.

I got there in about 16 to 17 minutes and then it was sorting out various things, who knew it would be so fucking complicated to get an old version of an Office app on iOS12 and all that. But that and a printer to be set up and then by 8, after a downpour, I was able to start the journey home, then I got a WhatsApp, and trying to call back on lycra is a mess, but it was the news I did not want to hear but fate has to tell, which a relative close to me has passed away, 92 is a good age. This meant it was going to be either run home or run to see them at the care home, I did and that was a 1-hour run since I was 10 minutes later than the bus, So I got my way on the path and ran.

The Path was not too bad and it was not as dimpsy as I thought it was going to be, there was no one I passed by on that path, there were texts from asking for more ££, but that did not matter right now, so for this bit, it was the case orf just pelting it, sweat, some mini downpours or drips more. The sun or blue sky was peeking out, so maybe he was looking down on me.

But it was nearly 45 minutes as I got to Horrabridge and then it was the steep hill towards Crapstone and then the home, it was much clearer here but that autumn or end-of-summer evening feeling was coming to it, which is a shame since usually, it's good for carnival season but with the situation, it was also a fitting weather to it. As I ran on the moors near the last part, my phone called when I shouted I'm just around the corner and the baaaa to the sheep on the ones I passed so they would get off the road when I'm running on it.

Eventually, I got there at about 21:10 and that was just over the 1-hour 5-minute mark, Dad just greeted me with a carer and also this other resident was trying to walk out, sure it was in an orange hoodie but it was also reassured to stay in, which from the rain, was a good choice to really.

But we then walked up and the door was closed, then I walked in, Mum was in tears and there my relative was, resting in peace, silent and still, almost like a deep sleep, the skin has darkened around the eyes, cheekbone was alot smaller. But the peacefulness was there and the future was always about life going on with one life ending, another soon to begin, its a circle. But still for me as things stand, it's another side of low morale to have to just keep the spirits high for this will be more.

But time passed and to look at the memories and it was time to drive back home but alas it's all going to hit raw with what this means from cornish memories of holidays to even just walking my mu,s old dog with him back on the canal path after work, which now I run my way on that path to get home in the evening or near dimpsy.

But we got home near 10 and the skies were darker than night our cloud feeling was coming in, but instead, we settled down, we all got relaxed and me and dad have a mix of leftovers for tea while Mum had a bath to relax. Spring rolls were excellent and all too.

The tea for that night, tiger bread, bbq pringles, ham, garlic alloli, salad and vegetable spring rolls

Then it was to lead into a day of packing up and having to break the truth to others, this will be an emotional day tomorrow but this post ends tonight from what can only happen in a day.

Take care and things will catch up
